Electrical Infrastructure Project Lead

As a seasoned project lead, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of electrical substation and transmission line construction projects. Your expertise in project planning, execution, and resource management will drive on-time completion within defined quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage project teams including engineers, contractors, and site staff to ensure seamless execution
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Review technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and consultants for timely availability of materials and services
- Maintain close interaction with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals, inspections, and reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory norms at the project site
- Strong knowledge of electrical substation construction, transmission line works, and related standards
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, and resource management
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and regional language
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office applications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in electrical substation and transmission line projects
- Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects successfully
