**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Memory Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge SRAM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-custom memory design, including extensive hands-on experience with architectures, characterization, layout design, net-listers, and verification at the compiler level. Key skills include knowledge of different memory architectures, expertise in working on SRAM leafcell GDS from scratch to top-level integration, and proficiency in physical verification flow debugging (DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, IR). The candidate should also be familiar with Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber Physical Verification flow.

Familiarity with Synopsys Custom Compiler is highly valued. Understanding and working knowledge of good layout practices in lower process nodes (7nm and 5nm) and expertise in FinFET architecture and challenges such as variability and manufacturability are essential.

The selected candidate will create detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using tools like Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field is required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
