Job Summary:

  • Develop high-performance memory compilers and fast cache instances for next-generation processor cores.
  • Collaborate with experts on cutting-edge computer architecture concepts, SRAM design, and critical path modeling techniques.
  • Lead strategic verification efforts, including in-depth sense amplifier analysis and marginality analysis.
  • Design and develop complex digital circuits for memory blocks, such as SRAM, register files, and caches.
  • Perform rigorous simulations and verification to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency in power, performance, area, timing, and yield.

Key Qualifications:

\
  • 7+ years of experience in SRAM/memory design margin, char, and quality checks.
  • Expert knowledge of physical implementation impact on circuit performance.
  • Experience with FinFET technologies and bitcell stability analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with Cadence or Synopsys flows and circuit simulation/optimization of standard cells.

Nice to Have Skills:
