Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Memory Architecture Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for designing memory layouts for leaf cells and top-level integration of custom memories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with circuit designers to translate schematics into optimized layouts
  • Understand floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints
  • Debug physical verification checks, including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR
  • Design memory architectures for advanced process nodes, 5nm and below
  • Develop and maintain scripting experience in SKILL, Python, or TCL
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in memory architecture design
  • Experience in custom-based or compiler-based memories
  • Familiarity with high-performance and low-power memory architecture optimization techniques
