Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated Certified Public Accountants to join our dynamic finance team in a growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and a vision for a long-term career. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Reporting & Month-End Close Process: Ensure accurate financial reporting by managing the month-end close process, passing journal entries, analyzing and reconciling account balances.
  • Reconciliation & Auditing: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, reconcile payment gateway receipts to ensure accuracy, audit vendor invoices for errors and compliance.
  • Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: Process and validate vendor invoices for timely payments, maintain vendor payment schedules and accurate records, conduct vendor account reconciliations.
  • Accounts Receivable & Billing: Issue and manage customer sales invoices, monitor receivables and maintain aging reports to ensure timely collections.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies, maintain and organize accurate financial records, assist in internal and external audits.
  • Operational & Ad-Hoc Activities: Support daily financial operations essential for business continuity, assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • CPA qualification or at least two CPA subjects cleared.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
