We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Encompass Administrator to fill this key role. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our loan origination system.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and customizing user roles, security, and access controls within the Encompass LOS.
  • Managing and maintaining input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partnering with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and testing system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitoring performance, optimizing workflows, and maintaining detailed documentation of configurations.

This role also requires integration management, ensuring data integrity and security across platforms, as well as compliance and risk management responsibilities.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.

A motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills will excel in this role.
