We are seeking an experienced Loan Origination System (LOS) expert to manage and customize the Encompass system. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for configuration of user roles, security, and access controls within the Encompass LOS.
  • They will also maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Encompass Configuration & Customization

  • Primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including user role configurations, security settings, and access control management.
  • Manage input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports within the system.
  • Collaborate with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor system performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems, such as loan servicing, document management, and core banking.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Encompass Administration is mandatory.

Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is highly desirable.

ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are preferred.
