We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to lead and execute various compliance audits as per the annual audit plan.

You will be involved in assigned investigations and internal audits, playing a key role in understanding, evaluating controls and processes related to compliance aspects of key policies.

  • Develop a risk-based annual compliance monitoring plan and methodology.
  • Drive compliance oversight through testing and monitoring programs.
  • Monitor transactions involving interaction with healthcare professionals and ensure adherence to global marketing codes.
  • Integrate data sources to gain insights across compliance risk areas.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, identify processes and controls, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Review and update data from pertinent sources to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Identify areas for enhancement of systems and controls.
  • Use analytical techniques to measure drivers of risk and effectiveness of controls.
  • Work closely with colleagues to complete ad-hoc analysis and deliver compliance reports.

Requirements:

  • Educational qualification: Associated Charted Accountant/ CA
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in compliance or internal audit or risk management or related roles.
  • Knowledge of US FCPA and anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations is a plus.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceutical business and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of control design and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and advanced technologies used in compliance monitoring.
  • Ability to multitask, manage business requirements, and operate effectively within a matrix organization.
