We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at CRM.io. This role plays a pivotal part in our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, driving new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of relevant experience and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be able to build rapport quickly, handle objections effectively, and demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will represent CRM.io's innovative solutions, building interest and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers, creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads
  • Engaging prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media to initiate conversations and qualify their interest
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand potential customers' needs and challenges

You will also effectively communicate CRM.io's value proposition, emphasizing its ability to automate customer conversations and boost sales. Additionally, you will schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team and collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted outreach strategies.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our Hyderabad office provides a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
