Lead Influencer Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute strategies for our influencer marketing vertical, aiming to increase our organization's influence and relationships within the industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our influencer marketing vertical, with a primary goal of expanding our network and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding client requirements and assisting with proposal planning, design, and execution for influencer marketing briefs.
  • Maintaining tight timelines for brief submissions, while also researching and selecting relevant influencers, content creators, and celebrities for collaboration.
  • Researching, recruiting, and onboarding influencers through effective negotiation tactics and processes.
  • Briefing, negotiating, and collaborating with influencers, content creators, and celebrities to deliver high-quality results.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of influencers, categorized by genre or niche.
  • Developing strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including celebrity management agencies, content creator networks, and micro-influencer groups.
  • Coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and successful client delivery.
  • Achieving quarterly goals and targets for campaign success, as well as maximizing revenue margins for all campaigns.
  • Reviewing and analyzing key metrics from campaigns to provide insightful reports and recommendations for future influencer activation strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Social media savvy and experience in influencer marketing (preferable) or social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, including emails, Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • Familiarity with social media insights and analytics tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
