Job Description:

We are seeking an accounting graduate with prior experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and month-end closing procedures.

  • Provide functional and technical support for content and catalogue management
  • Offer mentorship to suppliers on catalogue creation and structure
  • Handle procurement approvals for updates to existing catalogues
  • Deliver monthly dashboard reports on catalogue coverage and usage

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders. If you have a passion for process improvement and a drive to deliver results, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management
  • Significant experience in catalogue management and content enablement
  • Relevant experience in Procurement-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, and Spend Analytics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Functional understanding of catalogue management, contract administration, and contract compliance
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to prepare clear and concise reports
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
