Role Description

This is a full-time, Head Office role for a Contracts Manager located in Noida. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing contract documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing vendor and client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring contract performance, resolving disputes, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the timely execution of contracts. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will work on risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in contract negotiations, drafting, and review
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in the infrastructure sector
  • Skills in monitoring contract performance and resolving disputes
  • Ability to manage vendor and client relationships effectively
  • Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Civil) with Post Graduate Diploma in Contract Management from NICMAR or similar institution of repute
  • 5 to 8 Years of relevant Experience in the infrastructure industry in the domain of Contracts and Claim Management
