Key Responsibilities

1.Client Interaction and Briefing:

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and gather detailed briefs for drafting contracts and agreements.
- Provide expert advice to clients on legal provisions, risks, and best practices for contracts.

2. Drafting Supervision:

- Direct and guide junior associates in drafting various types of contracts and agreements based on client briefs.
- Provide clear instructions and frameworks to ensure the accuracy and relevance of drafts.

3.Quality Control:

- Review and QC contracts drafted by junior associates for compliance, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
- Identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

4.Training and Development:

- Train junior associates on effective drafting techniques, legal language, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular workshops or mentoring sessions to improve the team's drafting skills and efficiency.

5.Process Optimization:

- Develop and refine internal workflows for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to improve turnaround time.
- Ensure adherence to the organization's standards and guidelines for contract drafting.

6.Legal Research:

- Conduct research on legal updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide added value to clients.

7.Collaboration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with the legal team and management to streamline processes and resolve complex client requirements.
- Provide regular updates on client projects and team performance to the reporting manager.
