Job Description:

Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating between cost, time, and quality, providing inputs to the contract administration team, and producing relevant management information systems (MIS) at frequent intervals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of contractor billing and rate negotiation, as well as experience in setting baselines, scheduling, planning, and reporting skills in large-scale construction projects such as high-rise buildings, big hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects.

Key attributes of the successful candidate include a B.E.-Civil degree with 25 years' experience in project planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, contract management, architecture, design, and quality assurance of construction projects. Industry background in real estate, high-rise building, big hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Production of MIS at frequent intervals.
  • Coordination with PM/procurement/SM for emergency site procurement of construction materials.
  • Preparation of site organization charts.
  • Planning resources according to approved site organization charts.
  • Fast-track planning in every stage.

  • Technical field skills – capabilities to estimate time and resource requirements.
  • Contract familiarization.
