Student Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to be the first point of contact for our students. As a Student Engagement Specialist, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and build real connections with our students.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the initial point of contact for calls, messages, and in-office visits.
  • Create a positive experience for our students through exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up on applications and travel plans to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Represent our organization on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content about student life, study abroad tips, and events.

Requirements:
  • A warm, approachable, and confident personality.
  • Strong English and Hindi communication skills (regional languages are an asset).
  • Comfortable on camera and active on social media.
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Freshers welcome; experience in hospitality, admin, or student services is a plus.
