We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Growth Manager intern to join our team. As a Growth Manager Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of student engagement. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to expand our reach in schools and colleges.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication, analytical, and creative skills. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about growth, community building, and scaling impact. If you are eager to learn and grow with us, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing student ambassador recruitment and community programs, collaborating on marketing campaigns, outreach, and partnerships, and tracking, analyzing, and optimizing student acquisition and engagement.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will gain valuable experience in growth strategy at a rapidly scaling platform, performance-based commissions through your referral/growth codes, and opportunities to hire and manage ambassadors across campuses.
You will also network with founders, educators, and student leaders nationwide and receive an internship certificate + Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on performance. We are hiring multiple interns across different regions and domains.
