Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Hyderabad. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and service. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and providing regular updates and reports to clients.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Ability to manage client accounts and provide service delivery
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in account management or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
