Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a minimum of 1 years of professional experience in graphic design. This role requires a mastery of design software and a proven ability to lead and execute projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for creating compelling visuals for a wide range of branding and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and execution of diverse projects, including brochures, flyers, branding campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors as needed.

Experience:

1 to 3 Years of work experience Required

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software, including CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Proven experience in designing brochures, campaigns, flyers, and comprehensive branding materials.
- Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
