Job Title: Collection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage the content of our partner museums. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in India.

The core mission of this role is to support partner museums in the management of their collections on our arts and culture program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual access to the Content Management System for each partner museum, ensuring their profile is correctly set up for them to manage their collection autonomously.
  • Answer questions and guide partners through the standard partner lifecycle, including ingestion, curation, publication, and troubleshooting errors/issues.
  • Ongoing communication of progress and project status to the Supplier Point of Contact.
Missions:Content Coordination

The first mission is to support partner museums in amplifying their content on the day of its publication and/or on later occasions detected by the partner or Client's team.

  • Conduct content audits, write content overviews, or other documentation needed for editorial, content, marketing, press, or other purposes.
  • Support organization and logistics of physical events promoting partner museums' content.
  • Drive Projects forward with seamless planning and execution, anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders, and evolving plans as required.
Prospects Coordination

The second mission is to grow the number of partner museums and related content via new prospects.

  • Present our offer to prospects interested in becoming partner museums, outlining terms and conditions, digitization tools, and content management system available.
  • Execute track all tasks related to Prospect Management service, including processing incoming requests, conducting outreach, using presentation materials, and requesting approvals from designated Program Managers.
