Job Title: AR Caller

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of AR Caller. This position requires an individual with a strong background in Oncology billing and collections.

  • Key responsibilities include contacting insurance companies to follow up on oncology-related claims and resolving outstanding accounts receivable.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing and analyzing denied or underpaid oncology claims, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Timely follow-up on unpaid claims, resubmissions, and appeals is also essential.
  • Collaboration with billing, coding, and clinical teams is necessary to address claim discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all calls, claim status, and resolutions is vital.
  • The successful candidate must meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets as per standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations at all times is a key requirement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in AR calling in US healthcare.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oncology billing & AR processes.
  • Strong understanding of oncology-specific coding, modifiers, and payer guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Knowledge of EOBs, remittance advice, and claims adjudication process.
