Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients with their virtualization platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve basic virtualization issues related to performance, configuration, and resource allocation. You will also assist in the management and configuration of virtualization platforms, ensuring that virtual environments are optimized and running smoothly.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and provide top-notch customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Experience: 1-2 years of experience in supporting virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, and Windows Hyper-V.
  • Licensing Knowledge: Understanding of virtualization licensing models and packages for VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper-V.
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools for virtualization environments, such as vCenter, Nutanix Prism, and Hyper-V Manager.
