Job Overview
We seek a dynamic Deputy General Manager to lead our residential and holiday villas sales operations.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying new market opportunities and driving expansion across geographies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure timely project launches.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in residential/Villa projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions and HNI clientele.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
