Job Title: Placement Manager

We are a 30-year-old educational institution specializing in media and arts. Our comprehensive curriculum includes over 50 professional courses across various fields, such as cinema, journalism, performing arts, animation, hospitality, still photography, advertising, public relations, and events.

Our teaching approach focuses on student-led learning, attracting students from all over the globe.

The Placement Manager will play a crucial role in achieving successful career outcomes for our graduating class through campus recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an efficient campus recruitment process to achieve individual targets.
  • Give priority to candidates with connections in the media and journalism industry.
  • Support team members and convert new accounts through structured market outreach.
  • Plan and engage with corporate partners for strategic activities, including guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, competitions, etc.
  • Manage student career services, including career counseling, grooming, and interview preparation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve both career services and institutional objectives.
  • Network with corporate HR professionals and senior leaders to close deals.
  • Create new placement partnerships and manage existing ones to meet placement and internship targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • High Integrity and Edtech industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Industry demographics will be an added advantage.
