Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about guiding aspiring healthcare professionals towards their career goals. As an Educational Counsellor, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between academic learning and practical healthcare skills.

  • Engage with prospective students to understand their career aspirations and provide guidance on available courses.
  • Convert leads into full-course admissions by delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the enrolment process.
  • Conduct thorough counselling sessions to identify students' strengths and interests, and suggest suitable courses that align with their career objectives.
  • Clearly explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities to students and their families, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Manage CRM tools to ensure seamless communication and timely payment processing.
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals by consistently converting leads into admissions.
  • Maintain regular communication with students through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, providing reminders and follow-up information as needed.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Counselling, or BPO.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and their families.
  • Strong objection-handling ability to address any concerns or doubts students may have.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
  • PASSION FOR EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE SECTOR IS A PLUS.
