Design Experience

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead the design of our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights about user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a simple, effective, and enjoyable user experience.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs align with technical constraints, business objectives, and user needs.
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs, iterate based on user feedback, and improve the user experience.
  • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring all designs follow established UI/UX standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and new technologies to improve design workflows and practices.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a related design role.
  • Proven experience designing web and mobile applications with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
