Job Title: Associate Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled Associate Product Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user-centric solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • The role involves assisting in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Candidate will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create user-centric designs that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing user interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
  3. Supporting the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  4. Participating in user research and usability testing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
