Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and excellent negotiation skills. This role requires a strong analytical approach, with the ability to analyze trends and implement corrective action plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Network Development: Identify prospective franchise partners, conduct feasibility assessments, and negotiate franchise agreements.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and franchisee channels.
  • Franchisee Management: Onboard new franchisees with detailed product training and compliance guidelines, provide ongoing support and coaching.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitor data, track market developments, and feedback insights to the regional sales head.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
