As a senior associate in our Pharma Commercial Operations team, you will work closely with clients as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. This role requires an understanding of corporate, product strategy, and operational/compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan that best drives desirable behavior and produces performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting. Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes is essential.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field. The associate will also assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness, is also required.
A strong understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, goal setting, and IC health check is necessary to support clients with sales ops activities. Experience with sales force automation tools and systems is also beneficial.
