Client Relationship Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to cultivate, maintain, and expand IT services/staffing accounts. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure timely delivery with Sales and Recruitment, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop key client relationships: farming + selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
- Translate client goals into actionable plans; ensure Service Level Agreement adherence and quality standards
- Manage Statements of Work/ Master Service Agreements, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand; optimize time-to-fill
- Monitor account health, pipeline, and forecasts; identify potential risks and drive resolutions
Requirements:
- 1–5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven track record of revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management skills
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing experience
- Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle/Agile and IT hiring cycles
Nice to Have:
- Managed Service Provider/Vendor Management System experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
- Prior recruitment operations exposure (Applicant Tracking System, submittal quality)
