Job Title: Community Growth Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned community growth specialist to lead our user acquisition and community building efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a strong presence in trading communities, driving user acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, and creating a community around our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build presence in trading communities by becoming an active, trusted member of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
  • Drive user acquisition by identifying and converting potential users through personalized outreach and demos
  • Develop partnerships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms
  • Ensure new users understand and actively use the product
  • Create and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement
  • Run growth experiments to test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
  • A proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results
  • Experience building or managing communities (1000+ members)
  • Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively
  • An analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics

  • Experience at a broker or trading platform
  • Existing network within trading communities
  • Personal trading or investment experience
  • Content creation capabilities
  • Early-stage startup experience
