
Chief Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee the transportation network, ensuring seamless and uninterrupted service to clients. This includes managing the fleet, timely pickups and deliveries, and implementing backup plans as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transport staff for timely distribution of pickup and drop lists to vendors
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as required
- Ensure grooming, uniform standards, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall attitude of staff
- Maintain discipline and high morale among staff
- Close liaison with Transport Executive on day-to-day operations
- Timely submission of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports
- Responsible for training and replacement of staff, seeking potential candidates for promotion and training
- Manage team shift rosters for staff involved in all activities
- Apply and follow contractual obligations, policies, and procedures
- Up-to-date legal and financial documents for audit/inspection by management
- Attain highest possible standards and maintain them
- Staff under control are adequately knowledgeable for their jobs and have received appropriate training
- Respond to medical, on-road emergency/urgency situations and assist in coordinating related functions to accommodate safety/security of employees and staff
- Attend scheduled training and meetings with clients, actively participate in implementation and ongoing evaluation of transport systems/operations
- Forecast and plan new transport routes on various occasions
- Timely submission of invoices with client approval
- Achieve financial and other targets established by clients, achievement of key performance indicators and SLAs
- Oversee transport operations during shifts, be accessible for escalation of all transport-related issues/query, and oversee transport helpdesk work processes
- Assist Finance team in providing employee chargeback details
- Smooth reconciliation of trip module bills submitted by vendors
- No mismatch between vendor process and total number of employees rostered and transported
- Timely submission of bills by vendors
- Timely processing of bills and handover to finance department for timely payments to vendors
- Total operation of core services of the Company
- Timely generation and execution of rosters, supervise and check route charts
- Meet Process Owners, Team Managers on weekly basis regarding problems, suggestions, getting them solved with best of our services
- Smooth, seamless transport facility for clients/guests in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Inform Transport Executive, Vendor Supervisor about VIP/client/guest movements
- Conduct surprise checks on vehicles to maintain company standards
- All deviations are maintained in non-compliance reports
- Supervisor and driver training sessions on a weekly basis to adhere to transport policy guidelines and safety/security of employees (Female priority)
