Job Title:

A highly skilled ServiceNow Workflow Specialist with expertise in the FMCG domain is required to design, develop, and integrate workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • They must also be able to integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Supporting and enhancing Skelta BPM workflows are additional responsibilities.
  • The successful candidate will gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
  • They will lead the workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support.
  • Conducting workshops, training, and demos for business teams will be a key aspect of the role.
  • The workflows must meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of workflow development and integration experience are necessary.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design is required.
  • Experience with the FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management) is essential.
  • Knowledge of integration with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP is needed.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support is desirable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
