As an Assistant Vice President – Practice SME-AI, you will play a key role in Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext. You will drive the adoption of innovations like process automation in finance and accounting, with more AI products set to expand across service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic finance & accounting projects with multiple countries/regions in scope.
  • Develop business strategies and sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Provide sound business insights for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.
  • Lead business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of the sales cycle.
  • As an architect of finance & accounting solutions, once Genpact has been selected, lead work through due diligence to implement the plan and support transition.
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment), out of which solid experience in people & project management.
