Financial Leadership Role

The Finance Head is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for shaping the financial strategy of our renewable energy projects. This includes capital structuring and fund-raising through equity and debt financing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing on competitive terms.
  • Negotiations: Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Working Capital Management: Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to optimize financial performance.
  • Support to Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Finance: Provide strategic support for mergers and acquisitions activities, project finance, and refinancing initiatives that align with the company's growth strategy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
