As we navigate the complexities of global commerce, our team relies heavily on experts who can configure and customize these systems to meet evolving business needs.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize Kinaxis RapiResponse to analyze current processes and design optimized solutions that align with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Support

  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams both internally and client-side to ensure project success.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation and troubleshoot technical issues related to Kinaxis.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and innovations in supply chain planning.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance existing Kinaxis solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapiResponse or similar supply chain planning tools.

Technical Skills

Our ideal candidate possesses expertise in:

  • Kinaxis RapiResponse configuration in modules such as Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Advanced scripting using Kinaxis languages for automation and custom logic.
  • Integration experience with ERP, CRM, or WMS systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Data modeling skills to ensure integrity and accuracy within Kinaxis.

Reporting & Analytics

Ability to build reports and dashboards in Kinaxis and potentially integrate with BI tools.

Cloud Technologies

Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially for supply chain applications.

Project Management

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana.
