We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Head to join our team and drive business growth. As a key member of the organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain strategy, building strong vendor partnerships, and optimizing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize working capital.
  • Implement efficient systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing supply team to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing, or production.
  • Strong foundation in education (IIT/IIM) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sourcing and supply chain, with exposure to either new-age startups or large-scale industry supply chains.
  • Proven leadership skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.
