About the Role

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply ecosystem. This includes sourcing materials, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

  • You will lead the development of a scalable and agile supply chain strategy that enables rapid growth while maintaining quality.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a reliable source of high-quality materials.
  • Partner with design and merchandising teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Implement efficient systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
  3. Demand Planning: Work with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  4. Operational Excellence: Implement processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in operations and business roles in high-growth environments.
  • Educational pedigree from top institutions (IIT/IIM/MBB/HUL/P&G/ITC/etc).
  • Leadership skills to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
