Solution Consultant

Supply Chain Planning Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Solution Consultant to design and implement effective supply chain planning solutions for clients.

As a Solution Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test the solution, capturing user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of 1-5 years required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; anything above is a plus.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication of complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
