Job Opportunity: Chief Executive Officer Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all secretarial activities of the Reporting Head, including preparing and managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and updating meeting details in software applications.
  2. Prepare and update task sheets daily, providing timely updates on completed activities to the Reporting Head.
  3. Draft email replies and perform online approvals for POs, travel plans, and other administrative tasks.
  4. Meet and greet visitors, coordinating with the Reporting Head to complete scheduled meetings and maintain a smooth workflow.
  5. Research and provide input on purchasing technology items, gadgets, gifts, and automobiles, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams for media meetings, maintaining required pre-requisites and documentation.
  7. Establish and maintain databases of contacts, contact numbers, and email IDs for official and personal use.
  8. Process online payments through NEFT, RTGS, or relevant application.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
