Open Secret began as a challenger F&B brand offering a range of unjunked snacks from no-maida cookies to unjunked chocolates and a better-for-you bhujia. In 2021, Open Secret expanded its focus to become a one-stop platform for all things unjunked to cater to the consumer desire for 'better-for-you' food and beverage options across the day. Working closely with nutritionists and food experts, Open Secret offers a thoughtfully curated range of local and Un-Junked brands and products which are available across various channels.

About the CEO and Co-Founder:

Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Job Description:

- This position will entail working closely with the Founder and CEO on various business interventions.

- This resource will own and drive implementation of strategic projects for the business, will support corporate management and will oversee implementation of various Operations initiatives.

Required Skills:

- To own, and drive to completion key initiatives & projects across functions/verticals as needed by the CEO

- Work with the CEO to identify the initiatives / tasks of strategic importance and operational improvement that need to be pursued

- Conduct discussions with CXOs / Senior Executives and come up with specific insights and actions plans needed to drive business improvements

- Support decisions making with fact-based data analysis, discussions with senior management to enable timely decisions.

- Support the CEO in business review meetings, track and follow-up on action points and - To-dos- and report/escalate to the CEO and senior executives as required to ensure disciplined implementation

- Based on analysis of existing or new businesses, draw insights for the CEO on key opportunities / areas to focus on

- Working on new business set up or process improvement initiatives as per requirement from time to time

- Take ownership of analysis of periodic (weekly & monthly) reporting activities and other top management reviews (ref:iimjobs.com)
