Key Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will provide critical support to the CEO by scheduling appointments, managing the calendar, coordinating logistics for meetings and organizing events.

  • Scheduling appointments and managing the CEO's calendar
  • Handling incoming calls and emails and responding to inquiries
  • Planning and booking domestic and international travel including flights accommodations and creating detailed itineraries
  • Preparing editing and formatting reports presentations and other documents often involving data compilation and summarization
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents

Primary Point of Contact: The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact liaising between the CEO and staff other executives board members and external partners.

Research and Special Projects: Conducting research compiling data and managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities organize complex schedules and maintain meticulous records
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people
  • High degree of professionalism discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with sensitive information and high-level individuals
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook and video conferencing tools
