Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement of corporate clients. As a key member of our implementation services team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement client onboarding plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute launch calendars, communication kits, and product demos to maximize impact during onboarding.
- Collaborate with SPOCs to review progress and gather feedback.
- Provide timely reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Client Engagement Expertise
You will have a strong understanding of client needs and be able to tailor solutions to meet their requirements. This may involve developing customized onboarding plans, creating engaging content, and delivering high-quality training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in client engagement and client services roles.
- Strong planning and implementation skills, with a focus on delivering client outcomes.
- Ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills.
