Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
As a Business Development Specialist at Townhall, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and introducing innovative event technology solutions to potential clients. This role focuses on outbound sales, where you will lead efforts to engage with prospects daily, drive interest in our products, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Cold Calls & Outreach: Utilize a multi-channel approach to engage with potential clients, creating a buzz around our product.
- Account Research: Spend time researching potential leads, understanding their business needs, and identifying how our solutions can help them succeed.
- Pitch & Persuade: Deliver compelling pitches that articulate the value of our B2B SaaS product, directly addressing prospects' needs and securing booked meetings.
- Qualification: Qualify leads meticulously through discovery calls, ensuring they meet predefined criteria.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Graduation in any field
- Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets, with accountability for performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and prospecting tools like Apollo.io
- Passion for technology and software solutions
