Job Title: Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to lead our team in managing daily end-to-end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing inbound and outbound operations, meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets, upholding safety and morale of the team, and driving performance management of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient execution of tasks
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training plans for associates
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Amazon systems or similar platforms
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
