Customer Support Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced customer support excellence manager to join our team at Hevo Data. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality support services to our clients, ensuring that our team resolves customer issues efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, database concepts, and SaaS application integration, as well as excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. You will also have experience working with senior, business, and technical customer stakeholders.
