Financial Statement Audit Lead

Our organization seeks an exceptional Financial Statement Audit Lead to oversee the execution of financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS.

  • The selected candidate will lead a team of accounting and auditing professionals in conducting thorough audits, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Independently research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accounting and auditing practices, maintaining expertise in these areas.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and counterparts to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of presentation and disclosure impacts.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

Applicants should possess a deep understanding of US GAAP and GAAS principles, as well as experience within the construction industry. Fluency in English is essential for both written and spoken communication. The ideal candidate must be able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure during peak periods.

Key attributes include strategic thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills. A professional certification such as a CPA or CMA would be beneficial in this role.
