Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced auditor to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial statement audits and operational process reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to professional standards.
  • Review and audit the financial statements of UK enterprises, ensuring compliance with legal accounting requirements.
  • Participate in statutory audit work preparation, including planning, execution, and closure phases.
  • Perform end-to-end audit functions for various clients across sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end auditing for UK clients.
  • Proficiency in audit software, such as CaseWare or Wolters Kluwer CCH Audit.
  • Experience with accounting applications, like IRIS or Sage.
  • In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks (IFRS, FRS, UK GAAP), and relevant regulations.
