- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop the annual risk-based audit plan; undertake engagements from inception to completion (planning → fieldwork → reporting).
- Controls & Compliance Management: Design/test controls (compliance frameworks like SOX); prepare clear, prioritised reports with actionable recommendations.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead audit teams, mentor team members and manage senior client stakeholders; travel as required.
Necessary Qualifications:
- CA with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in consulting or CA firms performing hands-on internal audit and leadership roles.
- Risk assessment, control testing, report writing; excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with robust IA exposure in mid-tier consulting or CA firm environments.
