Role: Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate in Nagpur, India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective students, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless conversion into enrolled students.
- Actively engage with prospective students to generate leads and assess their interest and fit for Airblack's courses.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students by offering valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads and conversion into enrolled students.
Responsibilities may include:
• Lead Qualification: Engage with prospective students to generate leads and qualify them based on their interest and fit for Airblack's courses.
• Prospective Student Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective students by offering valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and conversion into enrolled students.
