Job Description

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support the customization and production operations for our core banking system.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of our universal banking base and banking domain processes, as well as experience in multiple modules including Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, and Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Module Support: Provide support for our core banking system modules.
  • Requirement Gathering: Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Customization and Configuration: Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within our core banking system.
  • Production Operations: Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • 8+ Years of experience in core banking systems as a techno-functional consultant.

Domain Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding on core banking universal banking base and banking domain process.

Module Experience:

  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).

Integration:

  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.

Parameterization and Customization:

  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.

Flexcube Development Workbench:

  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication and Documentation Skills:

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Collaboration:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
